Please improve your app,to log-in is worst, also transferring is terrible
Bakit kailangan pa ng ATM card kapag mag eenroll sa online banking kahit provided na ni branch yung account number. Paano kaming wala pang ATM card pero may account na? Kailangan pa naman namin mamonitor yung salary namin at need namin ng online transactions. Buti pa si BPI activated agad mobile app namin pero wala pang card. Tss!!! Baka naman db!!!

Forever stuck on under maintenance
Pinaka wlaang kwentang Banking App sa lahat laki pa ng service charge ampota. Ung app naman nila parang ginawa lang ng OJT

Kindly remove this app on Playstore. It's so inconvenient to use and does not serve its purpose. How are we suppose to monitor our transactions if we couldn't access our mobile banking app?
Mahal transaction fees pero palagi nag crash. Mas mabuti pa app ng ibang banks. Ito dmagamit ng maayos.

Cant login, it says unable to proceed with transaction. Always like this even if all user userdata are correct. Useless app
